UK chemists tame terminal uranium nitride - UK chemists have made the world’s first terminal uranium nitride complex that is stable at room temperature. Previously terminal uranium nitrides – in which a single uranium is attached to a single nitrogen through a triple bond – had been seen only fleetingly or else isolated at temperatures a few degrees above absolute zero.
