A new version (4.2) of the spectroscopy software
tutor WinTorg has just been released. WinTorg is a Windows-based package that
can help you learn how to identify organic compounds using spectroscopic and
other data. The complete program comes with builtin information for around one
hundred sample compounds and is is designed for early university or college
level students. According to WinTorg's designers it has already been adopted by
chemistry tutors and others in seventeen countries.
